For one-time services, refunds are not available once work has begun.
For monthly memberships, you may cancel with 30 days’ notice. No refunds are issued for partial months.
In the event we are unable to deliver the agreed service, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required to carry out our services.
Delays caused by missing information or client inaction are not our responsibility.
For lead generation services, we do not guarantee conversion rates or sales outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and branding created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
Once paid in full, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to you, unless otherwise stated in writing.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee specific results such as sales figures, traffic increases, or revenue improvements.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services may rely on third-party platforms (such as social media, email providers, or CRM tools). We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or policy changes on those platforms.

9. Privacy
