At Lumeon Media, we strive to deliver high-quality services and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.

 

 

One-Time Services

 

For one-time purchases such as logo design, branding packages, or verified lead lists, refunds are not available once work has begun or leads have been delivered. If you cancel before work starts, you may be eligible for a full refund.

 

 

Monthly Memberships

 

Monthly membership fees for services such as lead generation or social media management are billed in advance. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused services. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice, and your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

 

Service Issues

 

If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our control, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund. In cases where results depend on client input, delays or missing information provided by the client do not qualify for refunds.

 

 

Digital Products

 

Digital products, once delivered, are non-refundable due to their nature.
